Removing an Eversense^® CGM user from your list means you will no longer be able to remotely monitor their glucose data. To add a user back to your list, contact the Eversense^® CGM user to send you a new invitation.

1. Swipe the Eversense^® CGM System user’s name on the Home Page to the left.

2. Tap “Delete”. A warning will ask you to confirm you want to remove the Eversense^® CGM user.

To add a user back to your list, contact the Eversense^® CGM user to send you a new invitation.

Note: It can take up to 2 hours for the Eversense^® CGM user to see that you are no longer in their Circle on their Eversense^® CGM App.

There may be times when you wish to temporarily stop sharing data with a member, but not remove them from your Circle.

IMPORTANT: If you have disabled the Share My Data feature for a member, that member will not see any of your Eversense^® CGM System glucose data, alerts or event history. Members will see your status as Offline on their Eversense^® NOW App when you have disabled the Share my Data feature. It can take up to 10 minutes for the change to display on the Eversense^® NOW user’s app.

As an invited Circle member, you will receive an email invitation to join the Circle. To accept the invitation, you will need the Eversense^® NOW App.

You can manage any pending invitations you may have received within the Circles Menu. You have the option to either Accept or Decline each pending invitation.

To Accept an Invitation:

1. On the Main Menu, tap “Circles”.
2. Tap “Accept”.
3. Tap “OK” to confirm.
4. The name/photo of the Eversense CGM User will be displayed on the Home Page.

To Decline an Invitation:

1. Tap “Decline”.
2. Tap “OK” to confirm.
3. The invitation will be removed from your Invitations list.

Certain app store requirements require mobile apps to provide users with the ability to initiate account deletion.

If you delete your account, it is permanent, and you will no longer have access to your CGM data on the app, or in your Eversense^® DMS account. If you are using the Eversense^® NOW App, you will no longer be able to remotely view Eversense^® data. You cannot use the same email address to create a new account. To initiate account deletion, tap Delete Account on the log in page.

To view the Alert History, swipe your screen to the left from the trend graph.The Alert History screen will list the last 20 glucose-related alerts that you have received in the Eversense^® NOW App.

Note: The alerts you receive may be different fromthe alerts that the CGM user receives, if your settings differ from theirs.

The location services of the android phones are required in order for the Eversense^® app to scan for Bluetooth devices and pair with the Eversense^® 365 Smart Transmitter. The Eversense^® app does not track your location.
